Devtrek Refund & Returns Policy

At Devtrek, we aim to provide high-quality products designed for performance and everyday training. If you experience an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Some Devtrek products are released as limited pre-order drops, meaning production begins after the order window closes. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in the same condition you received it

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the limited nature of our product drops, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

We recommend checking the sizing information carefully before placing your order.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

  • A replacement item (if available), or

  • A full refund.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
